- What are your hours?

My shooting hours are based on the available daylight. The best times of day are just before sunset (or sunrise for the early risers!) It is possible to shoot at other times of the day, however, shade is preferable to the glaring sun and harsh shadows. The key to a successful photoshoot is to be flexible to accommodate the best circumstances. Let's chat and we can find an ideal time for you and your portrait session.

Jackie Hird Photography comes to your location, to make it convenient for you. Jackie has a home-based office and small commercial studio space both located in downtown St Augustine. Downtown is centrally located for most locations in St Augustine. Having lived in St Augustine since 1988 I am familiar with many locations to suggest to you based on your preferences.
- Do you accept reservations?

Absolutely! I prefer to schedule you on my books. However, before I do that I like to schedule a 15-30 minute complimentary consultation with you to find out more about your goals for your portrait session. Would you mind filling in my short form to get started? (Link to consultation request form)
- What payment options do you accept?

I accept most touchless forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Bank Transfer and Stripe are also methods of payment I accept.
- How long is the typical wait?

The typical wait for the session can be fairly quick. Weather is the key factor in determining the session's availability. Even though it looks like rain I am familiar with weather patterns to know if we can have a successful session around the weather. Wind can be a challenge so the best thing to do is schedule a call and we can come up with a plan.
Processing times on the images are typically 2-3 weeks, slightly longer during peak times. If you need them back sooner I'll do my best to work with your schedule.
